I have returned to knitting after a long hiatus. Of the many crafts I dabble in, knitting is perhaps my favorite; calming, comforting, creatively challenging. I wonder how long it will take to complete this top? I am knitting with finger-weight, washable merino wool, on Size 4 (US) circular needles. It's all about the yarn; a good quality yarn is heavenly. There are so many to choose from in today's market, rich colors, fabulous textures, soft to the touch.
